This class combines intensity intervals and compound movements to push your limits, ignite your metabolism, recharge your motivation and lift your confidence all while finding your balance utilizing StrongBoard Balance.By combining battle ropes, resistance bands, heavy bags and StrongBoard this class is designed to torch calories, increase your cardiovascular fitness and CUT UP your upper body!

Find your Strength. Our exclusive weight lifting class. 50 minutes of JUST strength. 5 minutes of a warm up followed by form-focused movements meant to build strength.Grab the heavy dumbbells for four stations of serious muscle growing focused lifting!
Suspend your Beliefs. This class uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of a Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
You can do Anything for 20 Seconds. A full body conditioning workout. Designed in intervals of 0:20/0:10 - with focus primarily on plyometrics and agility, this class will give you the morning boost you need to get through your day!
